What bothers me quite a bit today is that many students in school at any age level are not aware that there are kids among them who are suffering from some kind of health issue. Many kids rather than confess that they can’t see the blackboard would squint and others who can’t hear what the teacher says miss so much and when their parents realize what is happening that is when things change. But what happens when a child is overweight or is poor, wearing torn, oversize clothes and kids at school pick on them? Many of them withdraw and start to feel bad about themselves. What I don’t understand is that when the teacher see this happening, why can’t they immediately put a stop to it?
